Same with me! There are soo many brilliant songs, and each fits in a certain mood, and I feel so many different feelings...

Nice to see that twilight has the same taste! ;)

The more I read here, the more songs I like and the less I can decide to choose only a few...

Yesss somebody knows Perl Jams 'Black' here, I'am deebly suprised!

So here my story behind this grat song 'black'

5 Years ago I spend 2 wonderfull weeks in Irland at the Conemara Coast. At my last :!: day in Galway I have met a wonderfull Irish Girl called Rachel. She was a studend in Limerick who spent often her times in Galway to earn some money. She worked in my Youth Hostel as a cleaning girl. I was sittin alone in the 10 poeple sleeping room to plan my last day in Galway, as she came in to clean the room. It semmed that someone must have coloured the grey walls to white as i saw her. We spent the hole day together and it seemed to both of us that we feel like good friends over years nevertheless we know each other since some hours. At the next day early in the morning i had to catch the first train back do Dublin and we were both to confused to write a simple Telephon number or an adress on a letter :schimpf:. As I had to go to the station we just embraced each other for some minutes without saying any word before we leave.

The whole 4 hours i spent in a train i have heard Perl Jams 'Black' again and again and again. Since this terrible and confusing morning in Galway i have never seen her again. :(

So every time when i hear black i remeber her long black hair and her last view with her bright eyes as I left her and the four hours of sitting total confused in the train back to (hell) dublin.

wow, that's quite a story... for me it remind me of an ex-boyfriend who called me up while it was on and made me listen to the line "I know someday you'll have a beautiful life, I know you'll be a star, in somebody else's sky, why oh why can't it be mine"

I had left him for someone else and that song summed up his feelings about me and what had happened... it was a long time before i could listen to it without crying....
