I should mention that her English isn't perfect and she's a (tobacco) smoker. I didn't know at first if I should laugh and correct her or just nod my head and smile. Nodding and smiling got her back home faster. I will never wear that but I think she saw skeleton and thought of me. I don't even wear t-shirts!

Well, you see, many places here where opened without paying attention to the laws. That means: no emergency exit or they lock it, they put flammable decoration and so and so. That accident in Cromagnon happened because a guy fired one of those big...sparkler is the word? and he was sitting on someone´s shoulders... and the roof was decorates with black pieces of cloth... Emergency exits, all of them, were locked with chains couse the security guys didn´t want anyone in without paying the ticket... so people were trapped and died.
So
As usual, government noticed that there were lots of places habilitated breaking the law, and people were furious. they locked down most of the places.
So
This dance club was opened, but now habilitation has to be renewed every year to have more control. They still didn´t renew it.
Still, the guys who control it didn´t realize that the exits there are a fake. They go nowhere. It is a basement with only one way out... funny thing...

Tomorrow. Big dinner. My mother in law will meet my pink hair for the first time. She is one of those old teachers that would never in life let you take the exam if your tie is not perfectly tied.
I´m scared.

She avoids looking at me. She denys it I guess.

We leave. We get into the elevator. Silence. She looks at me with this sarcastic smile. Nobody talks. She says "and what would be the name for that color?"... I smile, I say "Magenta"... She says "and why is the name of that color Magenta?"... I say "I don´t know" and I think "it´s only 8 floors down, say something and we are out, come on!" so I remembered my last photo class and my teacher saying something about magenta pigment that cannot be obtained by mixing other colors and has to be especially produced... And I started improvising on that subject and suddenly we where out

That reminds me of an old-aged couple whose way I crossed last week. The husband was very old and sitting in a wheel chair. He looked at me with narrowed eyes, than barked at the direction of his wife, “that one’s got red hair!”
He was speaking with a heavy dialect. I answered slightly embarrassed: “this is magenta!” and then both stared at me with big, round eyes.
I’m afraid that they did mistake “magenta” for a synonym of “impertinent”.
) And the man keeps lookig at me so happily and he makes like this :perfekt: and says "I love, I love it! Do you think I can make that in my hair too??" and he touches his bold head and his wife laughs... This guy was like a lovely little child and we have a great conversation about my hair. Then he gets up couse he has to leave and says "I will never forget you young lady" and he leaves...

I spent my weekend taking pictures. Andrea, a friend called Maura and I. We had a funny photo shooting day. We were annoying ladies at the hairdressers with pink clothes and animal print stuff and lots of make up... REALLY funny... You will see the production at myspce, I will let you know when it´s on the air, is worth to see it (I think
And on sunday, I had to clean up the mess! haha!
Still, I need a good hang over
