Jaja, ich hab mich getraut. Er hat mich auch gleich gefragt, ob ich Samstag schon was vorhabe. Hab ich allerdings, aber er will sich dann als nächstes melden.
Die äußerliche Anwendung von Lebensmitteln führt nicht zur Gewichtszunahme.

Hurra ich bin mittlterweile wieder fast zwei Gürtelschnallen schmaler geworden.
Meine FDH (Fress Die Hälfte) Diät scheint zu funktionieren 8)

I just loss some weight, my current diet seems to work.
Now I'am able to tighten my belt two buckles :tongue:
i want to close the doors
behind my bleeding back
and dance amonge the shadows
for future glory's lost

that settles it... i need to move to europe.... that stupid diet is ruining going out to eat over here!!! :tongue: basically you don't eat carbohydrates... no bread, pasta, potatoes sugars, everything that makes life worth living :P... then they eat lots of fat ?((go figure) meat, eggs, cheese etc... a fast food chain has even come out with a bunless burger wrapped in lettuce for these fools!!!! :schimpf: do a search on the internet you can read all about it :!:

I hate any kind of diet, but if I look in the mirror, I think I have to make one. In summer, I lost nearly 3 kg in one week. And about 15 kg total.
