Just finished re-reading Patrick Suskind's "Perfume" to find they've made a film of it - hmmmm - could be interesting!!!
Other than that I've also recently finished "Empress Orchid" - Anchee Min and a ghost story script my dad wrote, which is actually pretty damn good!!

The Men

Hopefully it is ok to ask this here.

A while ago I came across an interview in which it was mentioned that the song The Men was based on a short story. Cannot remember who the author was though. Or if the story was indeed called "The Men" or a variation thereof.

Any ideas?

Das klingt ja mal spannend... ;)

Ich lese Victor Hugo - Die Elenden.
So ein dickes Buch, wundervoll. Ich liebe es, wenn man nicht nach 2 Tagen schon wieder fertig ist. :)

Do you know "Audition" by Takashi´Miike? The script was by Ryu Murakami as well, pretty strange, but good movie... and though I'm quite tough concerning movies I had to look away at some scenes
