Bullet DVD?

Hi guys!

I'm desperately trying to find a copy of the Bullet DVD single - I've tried following up every lead I could on Google, but all the suppliesr are out of stock. Does anyone know were I could pick one up?

Did the Bullet DVD ever have a Region One (NTSC) release? And if it did, where could I get a hold of one?
