SPV bankrupt?

What's going to happen to the band? Will MET now act as worldwide label/ distributor for Covenant?

This is going to have a massive impact on many smaller European labels and bands.Another big blow.

SPV is going to continue. They are now working on a new business concept, trying to save as many jobs as possible and also saving the trust of customers and music industrie.

" a new business concept" ????

I don't see it; they're not like a blue chip company that can be broken into small components. Unless they do like Metropolis and only do distro for their own bands - but distribution for many other labels seems to be their main function by a long way.

in the past, they did nearly everything "in house", as you can read here:

oder hier (auf deutsch):

in unstable times like these, "outsourcing" of some of these jobs might be the better way.
