I'm going as well...
Almost to many bands to see this year though!

This will be the 10th year in a row at arvika for me!
As the moment elapsed, we walked in slowmotion.

I'm still not sure if I'll go there this year, but it's a much better lineup than last year.

Ok, I'm going. A friend needed a photographer for interviews with both Covenant and Mesh, so suddenly I have a ride up :)

Arvika was great: sun, lots of beer and the best Covenant-concert this year for me.
It was the third time for me this year, the first was in Sthlm 1st of april, second was at romo night in Göteborg. I don't know really what was different, maybe it's just the great atmosphere at arvika.. I was too tied up to be able to get any pictures though and maybe a bit to drunk to remeber the set list! ;)

Other great moments were Nitzer Ebb, The Knife, Juno Reactor and Franz Ferdinand!

It sure was more than the Arvika atmosphere, although I'm sure that helped. This was definitely one of the best shows I've ever seen with Covenant - and I've caught a few. :perfekt:

Joakim humbly said at the interview that it was just going to be a regular Covenant gig. No gadgets or anything special.
But I guess you never know in advance how the audience response is going to be.

I'll return to the subject when I get back home and post a pic or two and the setlist - a few surprises there too. Stay tuned ;)

Curiosity killed the cat :P ;)

I don't have the setlist with me at work, but I'll be home again in about 30 minutes. I'll edit a pic from the concert and post it with the setlist then!

Wow, what a great set! I can imagine that The Men really works well as an opener!

And Pulse once more, that's cool!

Japp, it was very good indeed. The Men was also some special version, I didn't put it down in the list because it looked more like some internal versioning system...

To be honest I was a bit tired of "Call the Ships to Port", but the remix they were doing at Arvika made that go away. Cool version! :perfekt:
