Finest russian minimal electronic
There are not many interesting bands in the dark elektro scene, to much boring stuff, so I want to introduce a band from a another genre called minimal electro/tecno. Pure minimal tecno sometimes seems to be atonal, but SCSI-9 put beauty full melodic fragments into there tracks. Open minded people or people who like Kraftwerk should listen to this Tracks:
