So let's start a discussion about Germany vs Sveden

England hasn't beaten us in 38 years, so I was never worried... (ok, that wasn't entirely truthful...)
I look forward to the game on Saturday though, it will be the first time this tournament that Germany really have to do well to have a chance ;)

Thats' quite right, swedens second half against England was incredible powerfootball. 3 of 5 friends ( all die hard soccer-fans) would prefer England over Sweden. The english football is absolute predictable. Just discard Rooney and Lampard and play 90 minutes powerfull tempo football, england would collapse as they did in the second half against sweden.

Sweden has same physical power as germany, it would be really hard to beat sweden !

I hope our boys beat sweden, lets the party going on and on :perfekt:

I'm convinced it will be a hard game. We will probably have an other dangerous player by Saturday as well, Zlatan will hopefully be well enough for at least some play time. And we still haven't seen Henke in good form yet, if that comes together you really have to beef up your defense - regardless of you excellent goalie.

In a way I will not be all that devastated if we don't win though, I host some quite strong feelings for Germany and have some empathy for you. I'm sure it will seem so much harder to be the host country if you're eliminated on Saturday...

Well... according our defence... have you seen it in our last match? Nearly no coming through for the others. I guess they will even try to do it better and go really far. The host-land bonus will push them, I hope ;)

I'm sure they will do a good job. But I can't really judge by the last game... Equador does not have the same style as Sweden and besides that their team was severely crippled in that game. I actually think that England may be in for an unpleasant surprise...

Hmm, that was times a play?! 2:0 after 12 minutes. :(
And then also only with ten people at the place. Unfortunate Swedish crew however with the wobbly defense could not go that well?!

Mann, war das eine Feier gestern... :perfekt:
