I don't know what it is, but can you tell me what is playing at the end of Covenant's song "Its Alright"? I hear another song playing and I would like to know what it is.
This Prison We Call Time is Spherical and Without Exits. What will happen to me, has already happened to me. And so I am here unafraid, becoming conscious to this moment that existed even before the one before it.
- "I think its beautiful, the way you say goodbye."
I always thought it was just silence and just popped the mp3 into Audacity and the waveform shows about 9 secs. of silence at the end. This is the version on the Tour De Force CD single. Are you listening to a different version? How are you listening to it? When I used to record to minidisc and re-record the disc, in the silence, you could pick up background noise/music from previous recordings.. same with cassette tape (or perhaps it was from the other side of the tape??).. but I'm guessing you probably aren't listening to it on tape!
Yeah, I am listening to the Tour De Force version on CD. If you turn up the song as much as you can, at the end of the song, you will hear, another song, and they are saying "its alright" or something like that.

I'm happy to learn that you have discoverd another little "secret" in our music. Hammerstein was right, there is another song fading out at the very end of our song "it's alright". And covenant_girl correctly identified it as "it's alright" by pet shop boys. Out song is pretty strange and I thought it would be fun and intriguing to add a little musical puzzle at the end. We always liked pet shop boys.

And I always thought I was hearing voices in my head.
