I just quit. Irony!

Left 4 Dead is quite fun when not busy. There's also this insanely detailed cranial nerve flash game, but that's more of an educational thing.

Should probably try Final Fantasy again, but, Chrono Cross / Trigger got to me first.

"Soul Bubbles" on my DS.
It's a cute styled, relaxing game which makes intensive use of the stylus pen. So after a while the console feels too heavy holding it just with one hand and I need a break.
But aside from that the game controls are programmed thoughtfully (it's also useable for me as a lefthander) and I like the innovative idea of the game. :perfekt:

Due to the financial crisis I went online shopping in UK (yeah, english pound sterling: how low can you go?) and found this DS gem being a real bargain now! :)

I am, sadly, still playing a ton of World of Warcraft as I wait for my crazy life to settle once and for all...

So! Having said that, I am playing a lvl 63 Death Knight lady with a grrrrreat dripping sword, and I play an alt char too- just started an Undead/Forsaken lady warlock but she's only lvl 12.

Still, I get SUCH a kick out of her spell that sucks the literal soul out of living things. God. So cool.

I also started a druid lady lvl 13 but other than being able to turn into a bear a maul the living hell out of things, she's sorta boring.

So Death Knight and Undead it is.

I play on Aggramar, btw.

DK= Oneilex

Undead= Fjex

Druid= Ilexx

REAL creative with names, let me tell you.

Mmhmm. How's that Death Knight leveling coming along? These dungeons aren't going to crawl themselves you know! I need HELP from someone I know, who isn't a 12 year old.

There is a weird psychological effect when on a different server. Everything seems the same, but none of the people you know are there, none of the resources. It's so strange.

Other games:
Mass Effect
Portal
Half Life 2 w/ EP1 + EP2!

Mostly only have time to play between reading breaks. I cannot think of many new things coming out really. Unreal Tournament 3 was just patched, so I might reinstall that to check it out.

Btw, we should have a LAN party or fragfest some time this summer.

Uh, hi?

Yes, I'm here. Just been busy with that little thing called life. (Aaha, me having one, funny.)

I've gotten a few games since the last time I posted, thanks to it being my birthday last November, and having a really awesome sister.

Fallout 3 consumed chunks of what I had of free time from November to around mid February. I'm currently going in between the main GTA IV game (again!) and The Lost and Damned DLC.

And I'm on the XBL network under The Elektronaut (how surprising, huh? But after I registered it, I found out there's some guy on the internet going by just Elektronaut! Hope I don't end up confusing people or something.)

Hopefully my tax return this year will give me some extra money to get more good stuff. :)

Very demanding game - gridwars2. It's just plainly fun.
And Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter - but it annoys me, as I die in one spot, and can't get further no matter what I do.

It's rather good, although, I found that there were not enough "evil" options to take at times.

But maybe that is just me!

"Intimidating" is not "Evil"!

You know how many times I had to go back and be ~nice~ to people so I could get the Nice Option to tell the religious guy at the beginning to get lost? Gah! I started off Intimidating too but then became a balance right in the middle. But then I'm not far into the game yet.

So, I read something, saw the gameplay videos, and bought Mass Effect, and... I can't play. My burner doesn't read doublelayer DVDs. It's supposed to, but...

Most definitely, but executing every cross eyed alien that wastes my time most certainly is ;).

It turns out I've just been too impatient - it starts up quite long on pc. And I hate you for mentioning Mass Effect - it's just too good, and I will waste too much time on it.

I think that the main plot of Mass Effect is a bit too short...

No spoilers! I'm not very far into it yet! :D

The sequel is coming out soon- the trailers for it that I've seen look really good...

speaking of short games, I got Civilization Revolution for the DS- it took me two hours to beat everyone (as Cleopatra, heh) via Domination... I was trying to beat via Culture... how's that for irony...

No, no spoilers, just... the main plot are about 3 or 4 worlds. So not very much. And do you know that passing once is not enough? You should do it at least twice with the same character. And the saves from the first part are used in ME2.

So, Ilex, how many hours have you been playing?

Not very long as I've had to play it at a friend's house because my own computer wouldn't run it- I'm building a new one tonight though that will, so hopefully I'll log more hours in! I'll have to start over but that's ok- I just landed on my first world and was trying to get used to driving the buggy. I kind of sort of really massively suck at that. I have issues controlling how bouncy the damn thing is. :(

Yes, I would like to go back and play it again with the same character, but make her a pushover or make her too mean to accomplish anything, heh. I also didn't want to see *too* many trailers for ME2 in case it tied into the game somehow.

In the trailer they only say that Shepard is dead. But that's just a twist in the plot, because he isn't.
