I would change it to what I WAS listening.

Just a minute ago, for the first time I could listen to all Subterfugue for 3 Absynths.
Until now I could never finish it, my head was hurting after the first minutes. Today I could not only finish it, but enjoyed it very much. It made my body and my mind react in funny ways several times. I think this time song reached destiny and I´m glad it did.

Or maybe it´s just the allergy drugs that I´m taking hehehehe :tongue:

I think there´s a moment for everything. It happened to me several times, someone brings a cd and says "Wow! you HAVE to listen to this" and it´s just not my moment for that. And some time later, when I´m ready, I just love it. Or it doesn´t make "click" till something happens in your life and song reaches your bones...

That makes sense. Or conversely, something might hit a little too close to home and discomfort ensues.

On the same idea, I often like revisiting films I've seen or books I've read, to see how my perceptions and other internalizations change, being that over time one's basis of comparison tends to shift.
