the company i work for makes this very cool device which can be used when running or doing aerobics, etc... it helps improve your balance and form and is being used by many marathon runners and is being used by some of the US Ski team members on their ski poles... i used it and it really helped me with not turning my bad ankles as often when i do my workouts ... we even got written up in an issue of the german Men's Fitness Magazine... the website is
