spring- time depression

Dunno why but for some reason i feel so depressed, perhaps it´s a spring thing...
it´s as if all the strength and willpower is gone, cant be arsed to do anything basicly.

Just whining you know, cant always be happy and smiling.. god i´m misrable :sch: :(

Raise your head... from time to time I have such times too... I think it´s quite normal. There will come better times soon. ;)

I suffer from winter-depression. This is quite awful and makes me feel really bad sometimes. I take a natural medicament against it. Don´t know the english word, but in German it is "Johanniskraut". This helps quite well.

And Dani is right. Raise your head, and do something you enjoy and which is good for you. You have to feel well when it is that hard.

@Pale: Johanneskraut hat bei mir nie funktioniert...aber ist ja auch nur für leichte Depressionen... ;)..aber ich glaube,diese ganze Zeugs bringt sowieso nicht viel,besser ist Ursachen beseitigen...erm,wenn man kann..

Auf jeden Fall! Und bei ernsteren Depressionen soll man sich auf jeden Fall Hilfe holen. Ich hab erlebt, was Depressionen aus einem Menschen machen können, und das war furchtbar. Aber bei leichten depressiven Verstimmungen, Winterdepressionen, Frühlingsdepressionen oder wenn man einfach Mist erlebt hat und es einem deswegen mies geht (und weiß, daß es einem mit der Zeit besser gehen wird) hilft das ganz gut.

I think what pale was talking about is St. Johns Wort!!! supposed to be great for depression.... i am having a tough time this month with money and so it's tough when i have to tell Matea no to sooo many things she wants!!! soon it will be better....

A friend of mine, also single mum had this wild idea, that we should start a single mums collective(?) live our bohemian lifes together and raise our kids, lower the expenses... actually like that idea.. problem though, she lives in norway..and me.. well in Stockholm..
Wanna join us Niki ;)

We´ll be fine, girl power!!

sure jenny... commune life sounds pretty good right now... the question is where??? i vote for england... i've never been there, but i have always wanted to live there!!! we could hook up with some cute little british boys like... hmmm orlando bloom, or jude law, or ewan mcgregor, Matea could marry the harry potter kid (she would love that!) and we could all write childrens books like madonna!!! it'll be great!
