I ask myself ....if "all" are "all" ,how possible to sing "all" vs. "all"? .....or is it meant like one group/clique/gang/category/class of all vs. an other group/clique/gang/category/class of all.....e.g. all pogodancers vs. all non-pogodancers on a dancefloor?

I've always read it as "everything destroys everything" kind of in a, hm, more nihilistic sense but I could be reading into everything too deeply as usual and thusly wrong...

Well, is "Alle" to mean "everyone" but in a more generalized sense, as opposed to "jeden" which is more individual? I dunno. Like I say, my German is very poor.
Native speakers welcome to chime in...

You're right... "Alle" means everyone as a whole mass and "jeder" means everyone as individual.
