Releases on vinyl

Someone asked before about a catalog of releases on vinyl. Here is the list I compiled from discogs.

Sequencer (Picture Disc) Very rare, 200 copies.
Tour De Force (Promo) Rare Promo, 500 copies.
Bullet
Call The Ships To Port
Call The Ships To Port (Remixes)
Northern Light (Limited Edition) 1000 copies.

Compilations
Various - Free Music - Call The Ships To Port (Kaylab Mix)
Ellen Allien - Remix Collection - Bullet (Ellen Allien Remix)

Is there anything else to add?

Isn't there a 12" with It's Alright as the A-side, or is this the same release?

@Niggels

This would be new for me if there is another 12" LP with It's Allright as a A-side.

I only know about the Tour De Force (Promo) ....

I have 2 off this LP .... ;)

Yes there is a 12" It's Alright.

The track listing is:

See! :D

I think I have it somewhere but I didn't find it yet. One day I will sort my 300+ vinyls in alphabetical order, hehe.

Well, but sometimes collector´s items prove to be just the
regular stuff - as it happend to me when I tried to get the
sequencer in purple and then it turned out to be the
version that I already have. :nein:

well, I thought of the american release - which ought to be purple, too?
I expected an import-cd ... but it wasn´t. But now I´ve got an nice little
present for my friends who have been infected with the Cov-virus thanks
to my intervention.

I found some interesting tracks, but am not sure that I have identified them correctly:
- Does the test version of Luminal have such a scrambling sound at the beginning OR was there a Funker Vogt remix?
- Where does the radio version of CTSTP (4:23) belong to OR is it the single version from the CTSTP Maxi?

There is a "Luminal (Test Version)" on a Sampler (Septic 1) and the
"Call The Ships To Port" Version you mean, could be the "Single Version" (has the same length as you mentioned).

The Test Version of Luminal also appeared on:

21st Circuitry Shox 2 (4:44)
Electromagnetic / A Memento Materia Sampler (4:43)
Septic (4:40)

Is the FV "version" 4:45? I concluded a long time ago that they were the same track, but never tracked down a copy of the "test" version to verify. (I was looking for remixes of Luminal). There is no mention in the discog (discogs.com) of either band of the Funker Vogt remix existing and no mention of the track at gracenote.com either. I think it is like the Covenant remix of "The Promise".. ie, a mislabelling propogated by internet filesharing. Perhaps someone who has these CDs can verify?

BTW. I found this about the track here:
3. Covenant - Luminal (Test Version) (4:40)
The Track is an early Demo-Version of Covenants "Luminal", which was featured on the European "Sequencer Beta"-Edition of the OffBeat label. However, the artist never intended to release the original version, because they were not happy with the end result and the recording quality. After several requests from their record company which did not agree with the bands opinion, the band decided to put it on Memento Materias Label-Compilation "Electro Magnetic" and on "SEPTIC". New Covenant-Material is scheduled for September 1999.

Thanks, you two, especially Erica for your research! :)

@Erica, it's even 4:46, but after 4:40 is silence. The recording quality is indeed a bit bad. Oh look, Thomas has a snippet on his Website: http://plastiq-flowers.de/EN/AUDIO/luminal_test_version.htm ... yep, it's the test version, no doubt anymore ;)

I actually have never ever heard of a Funker Vogt remix of Luminal, so I guess it's just a mislabelling. That's what you get when you download stuff on P2P networks. :P ;)

Some interesting things appeared on Discogs ...

Checked:
Stalker Goth Mix -> just Stalker
Figurehead Club Mix -> just Figurehead Plain
Feedback Instrumental Club Mix -> unique song
Theremin EY3 Club Edit -> just Theremin Club Edit
Tension Old Skool -> unique, don't mix it up with the Old Skool >Edit< from Euro EP which has only a third of the playtime

Still to check:
XRds (Inédit)
Flux (Station By Station)

I don't know the XRds (Inédit), but the Flux (Station By Station) is a remix track. I haven't found it on any official Covenant release but it was on a compilation called 'Electromagnetic Vol 1'. The track lasts 11.34, and its rather good!!!!

?( Never heard of this version, and I'm a little confused about the name. Are they both called "edit"?

I think maybe a typo on the first title, and maybe it's this one: virtual xmas 99

Maybe someone should submit these notes to discogs.
