JANUARr ???
Toll ich hab die DVD im Juli bei Amazon bestellt, dort steht zu Zeit noch 2. Dezemberals Veröffentlichungsdatum. Ich hab mich ja schon mal im Urlaub gefreut das sie schon zu Hause liegt wenn ich Heim komme (Mitte August). Na ja vielleicht klappt es noch diese Jahr. Hat auch einen Vorteil, alle Bestellungen bei Amazon sind Versandkostenfei solange ich die DVD noch nicht da ist :tongue:

DVD "PASTPERFECT" : As many of you already know, the release of the DVD was postponed due to some unforseen and unavoidable technical issues. A new company had to take over production and have so far produced some great results. Editing and post production should be complete within the next few weeks. Once completed we can schedule and announce a release date. We are aiming for a mid January release in Europe and end of January release in North America. More information to come.

"Pastperfect" will be a double DVD containing live footage from the Futureperfect tour 2001/02 as well as features, interviews, exclusive footage and more. The initial release will take the form of a "special edition" with plenty of extras including a poster, sticker and extra audio/cd-rom. The DVD will be released in Europe by Anachron Sounds and by Metropolis in North America. See the PRODUCTION page for more details.

2 different trailers for the DVD are available. Trailer 2.1 (legion) is availabe on the Honour 2003 single. Trailer 3.0 (honour 2K3) is on the CD free with the July/August edition of Sonic Seducer magazine.

VNV Nation - DVD "Pastperfect" alles andere als perfekt?!

Gestern erhielt ich folgende Info von Sascha (Indietective-Mailorder), wo ich die DVD vorbestellt habe:

Wir möchten dir mit dieser Mail mitteilen, dass wir dich und deine bestellte VNV Nation 2DVD keinesfalls vergessen haben. Der Grund für die ewigen Verzögerungen des Herstellers, des Labels oder der Band sind auch für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Es wurden Anzeigen geschaltet und es wurde sogar ein Promo-Trailer auf die im Juni 03 erschienene MCD gepackt, um die Fans anzuheizen. Immer wieder hiess es von Seiten des Vertriebs: "auf alle Fälle noch vor Weihnachten". Nur leider ist dieser Termin jetzt auch wieder gekippt worden. Alle halten sich sehr bedeckt und die einzige Aussage, die wir ergattern konnten heisst: "Frühjahr 2004".

Soweit die Info seitens Mailorder. Mir persönlich erscheint diese ganze DVD - Geschichte langsam wie ein Mysterium. Die Label-Homepage von Anachron-Sounds, wie erinnern uns, dem Bandeigenem Label, ist ebenfalls seit Wochen nicht aufrufbar und das erste Release dieses neu geründeten Labels, die "Honour 2003" verschob sich damals um ein oder zwei Wochen, erschien auch nicht pünktlich?!

Vnv 2004

Single - sometime around May (maybe a 2nd after the album? who knows)
Album - sometime around September
Album "Special Edition" - December (there's no LOTR4 to look forward to I thought I'd use their timeslot).
Tour - September to November (Europe and Nth Am and some other places.. we'll see where the wind takes us)

We're using a v.nice studio and producer/engineer for the final mixing and post-production in February/March and I'm happy to work around someone else's schedule this time More info as it becomes available.

mal wieder was neues!!!!

Im Infrarot-Forum wird nun folgendes geschrieben:
"es tut sich so langsam doch was. eventuell können wir schon im laufe des märz mit der DVD rechnen, wenn man die vagen andeutungen des lieferanten bzw. des managements positiv deuten möchte. mal sehen... drücken wir die daumen!"

Bei Indietective schreibt man was von April/Mai 2004.

ich glaube, das ich meine wieder abbestelle!
