Hallo Covenant-Fans,

dieses Jahr werden wir das erste offizielle Covenant-Forum Meeting durchführen.
Stattfinden wird das Meeting im Rahmen des Amphi-Festivals am 19.072008 in Köln.

An diesem Meeting wird auch Covenant selbst teilnehmen.
Das ist also Eure Chance Joakim, Eskil und Daniel näher kennen zu lernen und etwas Smalltalk mit der Band zu führen.

Aus diesem Grund müssen wir einige Regeln aufstellen:

• Das Meeting ist ausschließlich für Covenant-Forum Mitglieder zzgl. einer Begleitperson
  
• Aus Platzgründen ist das Treffen auf 50 User inklusive Begleitpersonen begrenzt
  
• Das Meeting ist keine Autogramm-Stunde, sondern ein Meeting für die Forumsmitglieder, wo rein zufällig auch Covenant anwesend ist
  
• Die Anmeldung zum Meeting setzt eine Eintrittskarte voraus (Das ist hier keine Gästeliste)
  

Das Meeting wird voraussichtlich um die Mittagszeit sein und wird ca. 1 Stunde dauern.
Später geht es leider nicht, da die Band sich früh genug wieder zurückziehen können muß um sich auf ihren Auftritt vorzubereiten.

Genauere Infos (Ort und Uhrzeit) werden wir allen angemeldeten Usern spätestens am 17.07.2008 per Email mitteilen.
Also prüft Bitte Eure Email-Adresse hier aus dem Forum auf gültigkeit.

Die Anmeldung ist bis zum 16.07.2008 24 Uhr geschaltet.
Anmeldungen die danach erfolgen können wir leider nicht mehr berücksichtigen.

Dear Covenant fans,

this year we are going to arrange the first official meeting of the Covenant forum.
It will take place during the Amphi Festival in Cologne on July th 19th, 2008.

Covenant themselves will attend this meeting too.
So this is your chance to get to know Joakim, Eskil and Daniel and to have some small talk with the band members.

There are a few easy rules for this meeting:

• The meeting is exclusively for member of the Covenant forum plus one accompanying person (your partner/best friend etc.) each
  
• The number of attendees is limited to 50 people altoghter (that is, incl. accompanying persons)
  
• The forum meetings is not an autograph session, it is a meeting of forum members and some guys happen to be in the band Covenant
  
• To take part in the meeting you need a ticket for the Amphi festival! This is no guestlist for the Amphi Festival, and by no means we are able to grant anyone free access to the Amphi Festival in any way
  

The meeting will be presumably around noon und last for about an hour.
Unfortunately a later time in the day is not feasible, as the band has to back out early enough to prepare for their gig.

More details (like exact location and time) will be sent per email to all users who registered for this forum meeting until July the 17th (at the latest).
So please check if the email account with which you subscribed to this forum is still valid!

The registration form will be online until July 16th.
Unfortunately we cannot include registrations posted after this date.
