To me, he already proved what is he capable of. I think "different" is good and this can add some spicy ingredients to the final Covenant soup, so let´s relax a little and see what happens...

I´ve seen Covenant live with Daniel on stage, I had no chance to see them with Class, but I can sure say, Daniel´s energy (in Argentina we would use the word "huevos") on stage is AWESOME.

I wonder why some fans (not only covenant fans, I mean this in general, we have many many examples in music industry) are so reticent to changes and evolution.

I totally support Daniel, and I respect that maybe some people wouldn´t like this change, but let´s give the guys a chance to prove you wrong

Personally I think it's a shame that you quit haujobb, Daniel. I've been a fan since forever, as you know. But most things Myer are great and I have no doubt that you will help making 2 Covenant albums out of each track you produce.

But I do feel a need to explain that underneath the simple surface of Covenant there is a lot of thought and workmanship. It's not as simple as it seems to make good pop music. It's not like we employ a parrot (parakeet?) to do our work, even if seeing the youtube clip made me consider that possibility.

Making music is not a competition. Quality and passion takes many shapes and each one is equally valid as long as it can touch our hearts and minds. That's what it is all about. No matter your technical skills and electronic wizardry: what counts is your ability to create an emotional dialogue.

We have always tried to do that. And so has Daniel. We will find out where it leads us in a couple of weeks when we stop sitting on our hands and get back to work.

eskil ist ähnlich exzentrisch und kreativ und exaltiert. genau das, was ein frontmann braucht. der look ist teilweise ähnlich, aber das kann man nem blondie doch nicht vorwerfen... :nein:
