Hopefully it does not come off as such as non-sequitur in game!

Looking forward to Mass Effect 2, hopefully my little aluminum imac can handle it!

non-sequiturs are *great*- there are many hidden deep in the dire forbidding realms of Animal Crossing which is why I think it's amusing that it is considered a kid's game. But then I can find a non-sequitur in just about anything. or an innuendo, come to think of it. Both make it very interesting living in my brain.

Anyway, hit level cap in WoW so I'm now 80. No more WoW-related injuries lately, thank you. Now I can command an entire army of ghouls to do my merciless bidding while I sit back and enjoy the chaos and unmitigated carnage ensue.

And I do enjoy it, I truly do.

(Looking forward to the Metroid Trilogy re-release.)

well that enjoyment was relatively short-lived... my wow account was hacked and sold. grrrreat.

so I had to start a new acct, with a new character, from the very beginning. and you can't play the death knight class until you hit lvl 55. I'm currently grinding a crappy lvl 33 mage.

should I be admitting this on the internet?

weren't we discussing recently how this forum was packed full of freaks and geeks and nerds?

mmmmmm. ok then.

I'm on Nesingwary server, name Twoilex. but if you message me there you better tell me you are from here. the last person I didn't know who messaged me in-game was some weirdo pervert who told me my toon was "hot" and that he loved me.

I told him I was actually a 40 year old man in stained boxer shorts living in my mom's basement. funnily enough, he didn't message me again. creepy weirdo. fortunately creepy weirdos like that are in the minority... though to be honest I think I probably just traumatized some 14 year old boy in Ohio or something...

Traumatizing 14 year olds from Ohio is a perfectly acceptable practice.

Sold my WoW account to buy a MPK 49, fair trade!

Can't really get into games lately, Starcraft 2 / Diablo 3 look fairly interesting, but, then again, neuro work is really kicking my head in at the moment.

Well, I mean, trying to remain sane while learning every detail in my 1,414 page Principles of Neural Science book counts as a game, right?

I was playing Borderlands for a little while but never really got into it. Now am playing Dragon Age- wow!!! Best game in a long time. Love Bioware.

Hi to everyone new and old- I have been AWOL for a while. Also, the format of the new forum is a bit difficult to navigate compared to the old one. Not complaining though. ;)

dropped WoW, now playing Rift which is blowing me away. If Dragon Age was an MMO, this would be it. Happy me.

Last Bronx for Sega Saturn and I *bought* Armoured Core: Last Raven for the PS2 a few days back but have yet to play it. Also: Phantasy Star Online on the Gamecube as well as the Samurai Shodown Anthology on the PS2.

Burai Fighter Deluxe (original Game Boy) is basically an alternate version of the original Burai Fighter for the NES. I can't say I'm impressed, although it is a good game if you learn how to avoid the glitch where you spontaneously die whilst fighting bosses. :/ It was less than $5 after shipping, and it's actually quite rare, so I'm not complaining that much. I absolutely *adore* the original NES version, though.

Picked up Armoured Core 3 for the PS2, and tossed it in to see if it worked. It does. I had an ex-bf in college that got me hooked on MechWarrior, and Armoured Core is basically Battletech/MechWarrior by another company. I'm liking the series so far...

I'm playing "A Map Of The Floating City" . It's the title of the upcoming album of synth oldtimer Thomas Dolby. He created a free online game to promote the new album. Nice work, you have to work collaboratively with members of your tribe to move forward by trading and to finally solve the mystery. While you are completing sets of items you gain free mp3 downloads of Thomas Dolby's older tracks. The winning tribe will even get a "private" concert :)
