LOL did they take that with them when they left the military? And the way it's hanging over a lamp shaped like a heart makes for a pretty cool image.

Whoa!! Glad I'm not the only one knew what model that was! I thought it was an American thing.. ;)

No, I am interested also in weapons, particularly the MP5.

What do you mean with it? I thought it was an American thing.. collect weapons?
[imo] boringly there legally?! ;)

Heckler & Koch (my lastname is also Koch [cook] :perfekt: ) produce the good piece however nevertheless in Germany, or?!

Yeah. Being able to easily identify weapons.. (from dark/fuzzy pictures, no less)... collecting weapons too.

What do you mean by "boringly there legally?! "... that it's not as interesting here because it's legal?

Also.. is it real? I assumed when I first saw it that it was an airgun replica.. but w/o being able to see it in color and better light, it's hard to tell.

My father had a rifle time ago, but he sold it. And he had a gun too but he had to leave it at a police-station as he got retired (he was a policeman). Tho we still have some bullets in the house. I used to play with them when I was little. Don't laugh! We didn't have too many proper toys during the communism... ;)

That's kinda cute :) in an Eastern Block way.

I didn't have too many toys growing up either, as we were quite poor. But I made things and that's probably why I'm so crafty today. I used to slip the cardboard cylinders out of the inside of the toilet paper rolls and cut them in half to get two small cylinders... and then color them with a yellow highligher and pretend I had Wonder Woman bracelets. :D I must have been like 7 or 8... I dont remember, but my hands must have been real small to fit into the inside of a TP roll!

don´t let this turn into a discussion about weapons. It´s a COVENANT thread ;)

If you want to go on with the discussion, please move to the GOSSIP Forum

:sch:

oops. sorry for the off topic ness.

Lots of great links! If I still had a job, I know how i'd be wasting time ;) on the man's dime. I'm still reading through the material on the OHM site. It's very facinating to me.. the beginings of electronic and computer music and the way the composers struggled with new equipment, new technologies.. new ideas... I linked it before, but there is also an anecdotal, but interesting histoy of the early computer/equipment use at the Columbia Computer Music center.. here for anyone who is interested in this also.

The Medialounge link has the promo photos I was talking about. They are awesome! Where were they taken? Is that some sort of old computer? I remember when I saw this photo, it reminded me of the Sequencer cover art.. and I thought it would be a great backdrop for Covenant...

Hmm, klar...Copy kills Music :schimpf:

:perfekt:

Bye, and make ritual noise...
