Last year at Amphi was a major let down because the 2 headline acts each day played for such a short time.. Just getting itno Front242 and wham.. they're off.. they played about 6 or 7 songs I hope Covenant won't be cut short... we need at least an hour and 15 min out of them :-)
I recieved my DVDx2 and CD yesterday and it has to be one of the best live DVD's of a band I have ever seem in my life It is friggin AWESOME..... You have to listen to the live DVD through a proper sound system to get the bass kick.... you can even see the cameras vibrating from the power of the sound that Covenant are putting out.. I was at the gig... Pride and Fall were OK.. their last song pumped a bit and I was wondering why Covenant put on such a reasonable band as support... they might eclipse Covenant... OH was I wrong... Covenant came on and rocked the place... song after song was pumping... The sound in the venue was not that good at the back.. a bit low (as I mentioned before) So me and my mates positioned ourselves right infron to the speakers... and we were blown away.. Hi To whoever can warn the band I have seen a few bands at the Islington Acadmey London and the last one VNV nation was a major disapointmet because of the low sound level (as with most of them) My mate went to the sound engineer at the sound desk to say thay it was lacking volume and atmosphere, and was told that the sound levels were in the red ! please as Covenant to get it turned up...

I have been to a few Covenant Gigs... And by christ this was one of the most awesome ever... I think Eskil was brilliant.. man he was half trashed tripping over the place... but his show and performance was brilliant...
