When did you first discover Covenant?

I first heard of them way back in the day in 1998 or so. 'Go Film' and 'Tension' were played in the clubs a lot in those days. I had the privilege of meeting them in 2001 and 2006, and kicking Eskil's ass on SoulCalibur II in 2006 as well. And no, he can't have my GameCube Soulcalibur fighting stick. Hopefully they'll come back to AZ soon as they do great shows and are fun to hang out with.

Lightbringer

I picked up Covenant's Lightbringer single last night. OK, so I'm a little late to the party...anyway, I'm not quite sure what to make of it. It's all right, but it's not a track I can listen to for extended periods of time. TBH it strikes me as a good club song, but dangerously close to filler. I need to pick up Modern Ruin to really make that determination, though. I'll probably pick it up on my next Amazon order as Zia (a local AZ record store chain) wants $16 for the standard version and Ama...

Burai Fighter Deluxe (original Game Boy) is basically an alternate version of the original Burai Fighter for the NES. I can't say I'm impressed, although it is a good game if you learn how to avoid the glitch where you spontaneously die whilst fighting bosses. :/ It was less than $5 after shipping, and it's actually quite rare, so I'm not complaining that much. Last Bronx for Sega Saturn and I *bought* Armoured Core: Last Raven for the PS2 a few days back but have yet to play it. Also: Phantasy Star Online on the Gamecube as well as the Samurai Shodown Anthology on the PS2.
