clubs in Frankfurt?

I am going to Frankfurt for the first time in 2 weeks and I will have a free Saturday night so I was wondering if anybody knows of any good clubs? I am staying very close to the Hauptbahnhof so it looks like I can get most anywhere.

I knew about The Cave but it does look a bit boring. Maybe I will be brave and go to Mainz :D Does the S-bahn run all night?
