Covenant-Forum Meeting @ Amphi-Festival

---- [german version] -----

Hallo Covenant-Fans,

---- [english version] -----

Dear Covenant fans,

this year we are going to arrange the first official meeting of the Covenant forum.
It will take place during the Amphi Festival in Cologne on July th 19th, 2008.

Covenant themselves will attend this meeting too.
So this is your chance to get to know Joakim, Eskil and Daniel and to have some small talk with the band members.

There are a few easy rules for this meeting:

  • The meeting is exclusively for member of the Covenant forum plus one accompanying person (your partner/best friend etc.) each
  • The number of attendees is limited to 50 people altoghter (that is, incl. accompanying persons)
  • The forum meetings is not an autograph session, it is a meeting of forum members and some guys happen to be in the band Covenant
  • To take part in the meeting you need a ticket for the Amphi festival! This is no guestlist for the Amphi Festival, and by no means we are able to grant anyone free access to the Amphi Festival in any way

The meeting will be presumably around noon und last for about an hour.
Unfortunately a later time in the day is not feasible, as the band has to back out early enough to prepare for their gig.

More details (like exact location and time) will be sent per email to all users who registered for this forum meeting until July the 17th (at the latest).
So please check if the email account with which you subscribed to this forum is still valid!

The registration form will be online until July 16th.
Unfortunately we cannot include registrations posted after this date.

Registration expired

Hope I can take part at all. Even though I am at the festival I need to work there, running from stage to stage for taking pics. Hope I have enough time in-between to have at least a short visit at the fan meeting...

great book :perfekt:
Did you also read the first chapter in the book about the initiation ceremony? Oh wait, maybe we are not allowed to talk about in public. Maybe some people wouldn't like to come to the meeting if they knew that they will be tied to the bow of a ferry like a figurehead and have to cross the river that way ;)

So say we all!

At least the members of the Geographically Challenged Association!

We will have to take extra-special pictures and relay good stories back to the forum on behalf of fellow presidents of the GCA who cannot attend this time...

Like, maybe make cut-out stand-ins (whoa that's a lot of hyphens...and oh god that rhymes, I feel shame) for the regular forum posters who can't make it... :P

Another important issue: :)

Who provides the beers? Or drinks in general, including alcohol-free stuff for the less wild at heart.

I guess we (Covenant) can probably get a discount from the festival, but it makes more sense to pool a couple of euros each and get stuff from a supermarket. This looks like a job for... Niggels!! ;)

I'm sure we can arrange for trays with ice and cups and other accessories.

Who needs ice and cups and little umbrellas? We're burly! Yarrrr!

In all seriousness, I have a feeling that yeah, we can all pool in Euros for the (ample) booze... we have some people very familiar with Koeln who will know just where to go, I believe. :)

@ ilex011: that sounds great. So can we consider the Geographically Challenged Society responsible for putting the liquid in Amphi? :-]

(I know that that smiley means something else but I like the way it nods in an afrimative way)
