Last year I managed to escape / charm my way out of the Continental terminal and switch to Air Canada after 12 hours of flight delays. Overall I think are quite good, exceptionally professional in comparison to their American counterparts.If anyone is going from within US or Canada, Air Canada has a pretty good seat sale on right now. It's only good for a couple of days though. Westjet too, but they don't fly to as many cities.
