I'm against being too strict, I just thought that someone who is looking for more info on the festival might be confused, and of course your interesting discussion deserves a thread on its own too!

I can only guess but my guess that the Expo might have a 5,000 capacity and that might be also the attendance of the festival - although not everybody was at the main venue all the time of course, so there was always a lot of space in the back.
