That's actually not technically a "bootleg" because the DNA Lounge gets permission to do legal audio and video webcasts of all of its shows.

(Memo to people outside of San Francisco: next time your favorite band tours and you hear they are playing at the DNA Lounge, be sure to check the webcast the night of the show, or the audio archive two weeks afterwards. The live recording is usually there).

The DNA Lounge actually restricts people from downloading the audio feed permanantly. However, some people do have access to it, so the MP3 files sometimes get around the Internet afterwards (even though they are not technically supposed to).
