Auch wieder bin ich die Stimme des Widerspruchs... Ich mag Anzug und Baseballkappe!

(sorry for the english- I don't feel I can express this decently in German- though god knows the above German is dubious enough as it is- but anyway, I like the suit and cap. He's performing w/ Covenant live and must adapt to that imagery, yeah, but I like Daniel to *be* Daniel. And that includes baseball cap and different suit! Frankly I think he blends in well with J and E. I'd find a polite and diplomatic way of saying so if I *didn't* think so...)

and Eskil looked so happy ... his joy was really contaigous

Also nicht, dass mich jemand falsch versteht, ich hab nichts gegen die Kombination Anzug-Baseballmütze. Ist nur ungewohnt. Aber Hallo, Joakim trägt Stiefel zu Anzügen und Stylinggott Eskil sogar ne Schlüsselkette. Gute Covenant-Tradition.

Mir persönlich gefällt Daniel im legeren Outfit zwar besser, aber das ist eben Geschmackssache.

Und richtig, der Auftritt war einfach nur gigantisch! :-]

Don't get me wrong. It's not that I don't like the combination of suit and baseball cap. It's just unusual. But Jakim wears suits with boots and styling god Eskil even with a key chain ( I'm quite sure that's not the correct term, sorry). So it's a good tradition of Covenant.

I personally like Daniel better in a casual outfit, but that's just a matter of taste.

And right, the show was simply fantastic! :-]

Die Anzüge sind ja stets sehr schick, aber scheiss drauf - ich will Musik!!

Ich find so'n Baseball Cap gar nicht mal so schlecht zu nem Anzug - aber egal.

Die Spielzeit war beim mera wirklich zu kurz, und Covenant hätten locker in einem späteren Spot spielen können, was ja u.a. die Publikumsresonanz (von der Zahl der Leute vor der Bühne) durchaus bewiesen hat. Aber das war bei diesem Mera ja nicht die einzige Fehlentscheidung bezügl. Running Order... :rolleyes:

Ich fand jedenfalls den Gig von Covenant schweinegeil, fast noch besser als beim Gothic Festival - aber der Gig gewinnt einfach durch ne längere Setlist!

Da hast du Recht, die Reihenfolge war schon eigenartig.
Aber ich fands cool, Covenant im Sonnenlicht zu sehen.
Außerdem ist das Publikum nachmittags im Durchschnitt noch viel nüchterner. Finde ich angenehmer, und dass die Stimmung so toll war, muss ja dann an der Musik und der Performance gelegen haben.

Oder an den Anzügen.

Nun, ich für meinen Teil war noch nüchtern, und bis auf die kurze Spielzeit gabs nüscht, aber auch jar nüscht zu meckern, finde ich. Abends kommen die Lichteffekte besser, logo, aber so in der Sonne ist zur Abwechslung auch klasse.

Marci, I'm not sure what story you're referring to.
Eskil was wearing a white suit at a M'era Luna festival some years ago. I think that's why someone called it famous.
